Tsubaki Salon Tomamu

Being a tourist to this so-called fine restaurant, I find it very disappointing. We had ordered 3 dishes and a few drinks between the 2 of us. First 2 dishes came quite fast. After waited for 30mins, we checked on the 3rd dish. Were told that being meat item, it will take about 20mins. We had already waited longer than that. Had asked the waitress to check for us & were then told to wait another 5-10mins. We patiently waited till the waitress came and informed us again, after waited for an hour, that they forgot to process our order, and need us to wait another 20mins. Poor attitude. Lied to us about checking for us and wasted our time.

Super ordinary food.

Tsubaki Salon is located on the 32nd floor of the south tower of Risonare Tomamu. It overlooks the entire ski resort and the view is breathtaking. The restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner but reservations should be made as the restaurant is usually full. Kids meal are available too.
